About.
Coherence Leads Us To Truth
There is a concept that can reduce the impasse where we stand in frozen fear right before change. It’s a medieval symbol all but unknown today called the mandorla.
The mandorla is the almond shape that appears when you overlap two circles. It’s also the word for almond in Italian. Its symbolization depicts the overlap between heaven and earth, or that which is above and that which is below.
It represents duality and the beauty achieved when constraints are embraced.
When we can no longer live in the tension of the opposites or keep the painful contradictions we come upon during our life’s journey at bay we must learn to move into the overlap or the middle, to find a way to blend and or bind that which is split.
The mandorla is a place of poetry; it’s both the destructive fire of transformation and the flower of re-birth in the spring. From the dead and lifeless underground a seed or bulb becomes a beautiful flower that lives above.
The link between things we thought were opposites – when together, create the mystical union of diversity. When we speak of – this and that – we demonstrate that without both we could not have found our way to evolve into a transformational and fruitful end; we could not have found truth!

Enables Systemic Incremental Change At Your Own Pace!
I am an entrepreneur who consulted independently prior to analyzing enterprise and technology inside corporate – for multiple industries, starting in 2005. I share my previous years in business and my structured experience with both Fortune 500’s and Government Agency executives, peers, and teams shifting from waterfall to agile today. The metrics I’ve used below have helped big entities shift toward competing like a start-up in a creatively disruptive digital age!

MAKING A DIFFERENCE…
I help others connect business mission to software solutions in order to deliver aligned business value or “bridge risk gaps.” I often blend new business intelligence with diverse process trends to enable creative synthesis; I’ve been doing this on a daily basis for over 25 years. As a nurturing, collaborative visionary by nature I enjoy bringing ideas and people together to evolve their success!
“Robin is one of my very favourites. A totally unique blend of extraordinary subject matter expertise, laughter and humility that makes her immediately additive. She also has an emotional intelligence about her that lets her quickly integrate with any level of an organization. Highly recommend!”

Robin is a fantastic coach and helped my delivery organization transition from waterfall to Agile. She isn’t a coach who repeats the material from the agile books; she listens, analyzes the goals of the organization and then pulls from her war chest of personal experience to make the coaching experience meaningful for team members, she’s great at what she does and I hope our paths cross again!

Robin helped me to understand Agile more thoroughly, and also worked with our team to improve the way we prioritized our work. She encouraged us to identify dependencies and obstacles early on so that we could do our best work, Under her guidance, Collaboration and Accountability greatly improved, and will continue to do so based on the changes she implemented.

Strategic product leader advocating authentic connections. Passionate about UX, mentorship, continuous improvement.
Robin has served as an agile coach and scrum master for me in past projects. She has helped my teams, who at times had very little to no Agile experience, become comfortable using this delivery approach. Allowing us to deliver on time outcomes and budgets, with quality. Robin comes with a breadth of industry knowledge, which I find important in various types of projects. Robin continues to build upon her Agile skills with continuous learning, staying on top of the most current agile methods and tools. Robin and I continually stay in touch and will use her as a sounding board for my own delivery involving Agile.
