Delivered training for Agile Basics to Product Management, Architectural Alignment and Data Governance. Assisted enterprise architects in establishing alignment and dependency processes for broad and deep architectural alignment with ongoing development and strategic intent by coaching collaborative decomposition.
Coached leaders of evolutionary architecture and asset inventory creation for automation and invest analysis.
Trained new Product Managers in Clinical solutions and Data and established enabling concepts into processes for Product Managers in Sales org to support standing up new teams.
Coached leaders in Core Ops – Strategic Orchestration to work in a bi-modal manner for updates to legacy systems using both Kanban and Scrum to blend production maintenance, system updates, and incremental Agile development with automation prep.
