Integrating Business with Technology during initial Agile transformation
Hired by Business to interpret Agile practices being delivered to the technology teams and to integrate product owners properly into the process.
Worked with Product Managers to develop roadmaps and requirement artifacts for decomposition and distribution to better guide technology during the build.
Transformation Functionality included: GEMBA, Training and certifying both Product Managers and Product Owners around how decompose now to scale post Dev Ops structure put in place.
• Created alignment process to insert strategic intent into planning and road mapping
• Demonstrated how PO’s use above as new requirement source for the technology build and iterative demonstrations – while automation was still underway
• Alerted process for sharing in technology decisions for Consistent Environments, Testing and dependency management.
• Defined proper role usage and subsequent feedback looping.
