Merger and Acquisition – Brick & Mortar Re-Purpose

Hired by MCI CEO, Bert Roberts to creatively re-purpose (re-imagine value) balance sheet real estate picked up in M&A, but no longer related to core business.

Property was acquired during 1987 MCI acquisition of RCA Global from GE (Radio Station WCC was a ship to shore location founded by Guillermo Marconi that communicated the Andredoria, and Hindenburg disasters.

Transformation included: business analysis from revenue for ship to shore to a tactical subdivision – where applicable, representing to legal and governance board the Woods Whole Oceanographic presentation as a potentially world class oceanography school. Delivery of international marketing property to investors at MIPIM conference in Cannes, France.

Listed Property on national historic register
Presented one of (3) waterfront/water access parcels to Cape Cod Commission as a future site for:
World-class oceanography school sponsored by (WHOI) Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute.
Assisted Historic Society of Chatham with archeological dig.
Presented residential portion as estate size community.
Eradicated wireless antenna farm from oceanfront marsh with Environmental Protection Agency.
Property gifted to theTown of Chatham, by new CEO, Bernie Ebbers.
